Paying for your return shipping

Using the Post Office in the UK
There are strict guidelines for sending diagnostic samples via the post office in the UK so we hope the following helps you. Generally, specimens are referred to as a Biological Substance and are covered under a category of potentially hazardous goods known as UN3373 Biological Substances Category B, so this really refers to anything that could leak or drip. If there is no liquid component or it is under 50ml, then you can send it via the Royal Mail. If using the Post Office, we request only "Special Delivery by 1 PM". Do not request a “special Delivery 9 am” or a Saturday delivery.
