This is a breath test from BreathTracker, which measures intolerance/reactivity to Lactose.
After drinking a liquid that contains high levels of lactose, the test measures the amount of hydrogen and methane in your breath at regular intervals. Breathing out too much hydrogen indicates that you aren't fully digesting and absorbing lactose.
The test can be carried out at home and requires a period of adaptive diet commencing 24 hours before the test and then a fasting 8-12 hours period before commencing the test.
