At Regenerus Labs, we’re looking to up our commitment to both social and environmental social responsibility. In light of this, we are delighted to announce that we recently sponsored a local rugby team, Reigate Rugby Club, specifically, by donating to the team a VEO Camera to help them analyse their game performance. The Veo Camera is a revolutionary new camera for team sports, which allows any team to record and live-stream their matches.
In order to celebrate this, we interviewed Reigate Rugby Club’s Communications Lead and Committee Member, Dan Harris, about how his club is invaluable to the local community, and how the Veo Camera will help their team and performance.

What is the name of your club, where is it based, and what league is it in?
Reigate Rugby Club in Counties Surrey 5. We play across Sussex and Surrey.
How long has the league of your club been around and what value does it bring to the local community?
We've been around since 1934, played across the Surrey leagues since they were established and following restructure from RFU this summer we were placed into Counties Surrey 5.
What is the purpose and goal/s of your club?
As a community club we're passionate about giving people a chance to watch and play sport in a friendly, social environment, as well as numerous other events throughout the year.
For our Senior sides we want to achieve promotion through the Surrey leagues, and the camera will be invaluable to not only allowing us to analyse fixtures, but also give us media to post on our website and across socials to attract new players and reinstate the 2XV.

What value does your club provide to your local community?
We're always open to new members, with zero waiting lists at age grade levels. We also host several events through the year such as our upcoming bonfire night, have been able to provide facilities to Reigate Lacrosse Club - extending more exercise opportunities to local residents, and provide a quality event venue space for hire.
In September we hosted a charity match vs London Ambulance Service which raised £500 for The Ambulance Service Charity (TASC) and Blue Light Together - a MIND Project.

What success stories has your club created for the local community over the last few years?
We've been really grateful to receive grants we've obtained in recent years to improve our facilities and provide scope for mixed gender sports.
