We’re excited to announce that from 1st March 2022, our sample return service will now be free of charge, for all samples returned from the UK Mainland
This means that our testing services will be cheaper, and our service also easier than it was before.
Saving both UK-based patients and practitioners money, time and effort
Previously, returning UK-based samples cost between £3 - £9.50. But with this new free sample returns service, UK-based customers no longer need to pay. For patients, this complements our complete personalised care service. For practices, this also delivers further added value and an enhanced patient experience.

Our new services with the Royal Mail and experienced Courier Partners will also provide your patients and client with full sample tracking, so they can ensure that their specimen has been received with us safely.
Customers will find a printed pre-paid free returns label included in the sample collection box, ready to be stuck on the parcel and posted.

International customers
This returns policy currently only applies to samples being posted or shipped from within the UK. We are reviewing our international services to keep these shipping prices as competitive as possible and look forward to updating in the not to distant future.
