Payment & Trading Terms

Paypal, Credit, Debit Card Payment, BACS

  1. Your payments will be payable in full to Regenerus Laboratories 
  2. Privacy Policy: Regenerus Laboratories do not store credit card details, nor do we share your customer details with any 3rd parties.
  3. Delivery Policy: Unless otherwise requested at order, all orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail within the UK  and all orders in stock will be shipped within 2 working days.
  4. International orders are sent by a courier of our choice and may include Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Services) or DHL.  
  5. Full payment must be made in advance for all orders.
  6. Refund: Please see Terms and Conditions of Supply.
  7. Delays: While Regenerus Laboratories will do their utmost to ensure timely delivery without delays, we do not accept any responsibility for delays caused by 3rd party courier service providers nor customs and excise holding any laboratory tests during clearance and verification. The customer accepts that this out of our control and that Regenerus Laboratories will not be held liable for any costs or losses associated with cancellation of repeat collection of the test .
