Please carefully follow your kit's collection, shipping and storage instructions to ensure your samples get to us unimpaired. Most importantly, do not send samples on a Friday or Saturday when the following Monday is a Bank Holiday.
Finally, please remember that even our courier partners take a holiday on these days and will deliver on the Tuesday after the bank holiday.
