Do you have a DHL Return label?
DHL will collect your sample from your home or work address. When booking your collection, you can request a 2-hour slot as a preference but please note that collection can take place at any point on the specified date.
Remember to book your collection with at least one working day's notice and do not send samples on a Friday or the day before a Bank Holiday in the UK.
To book at online collection:
1. Have your Waybill Number at hand (the 10 digit number on your return label)
2. Visit http://dhl.co.uk/en/express
3. Select Option: Schedule a Pickup
4. Select: No - do not create label
5. Populate requested fields (dimensions for your shipment will always be 25cm x 15cm x 10cm)

- Select Option 1 - Arrange Courier
- State the 10 digit Waybill number
Do you need a return label?
If you do not have a return label please contact info@regeneruslabs.com for assistance. We will be able to provide you with a waybill number to book your collection.
You will also need to download a UN3373 label to attach to your shipment. You can find this here. Please also add the OVERPACK wording which is available here.
Do you have a DPD return label?
All DPD labels remain valid. Any test kits with DPD return labels should still be returned via DPD to ensure timely processing.
